As an Inside Sales Agent, you will play a crucial role in our growth by proactively engaging with prospective clients, understanding their insurance needs, and providing tailored solutions.

Salary Range: $78,000.00 – $160,500.00 per year

Requirements

  • Driven and goal-oriented individual. with successful sales background & career minded vision
  • A terrific presenter and communicator, and a barracuda closer.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical guidelines.
  • Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
  • Demonstrate charisma & be equipped with excellent interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

  • Initiate outbound calls and respond to inbound inquiries from potential customers interested in insurance products (e.g., auto, home, life, commercial, etc.).
  • Build rapport with prospects and conduct thorough needs assessments to identify their specific insurance requirements and financial situations.
  • Clearly and effectively explain different insurance policy options, coverage details, and benefits to potential clients.
  • Provide accurate and competitive insurance quotes based on individual needs and risk profiles.
  • Guide prospects through the application process, ensuring all necessary information is collected accurately and efficiently.
  • Confidently and persuasively address client questions and concerns, overcoming objections to secure sales.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and policy information in our CRM system. 
  • Stay informed about current insurance products, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate effectively with other team members and departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
