Salary: $55,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year

Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls from customers & explain policyholder benefits
- Process customer policy change requests
- Take premium payments from customers
- Generate insurance quotes
- Maintain Current Retention of 98% by Re-Marketing/Re-shopping accounts, Re-Writing accounts & Performing Customer Saves when we receive requests to cancel
- Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity & ask each customer for referrals/explain our referral program
