Had a great experience with Steve when he helped me process a new car on my policy and got the insurance card within 10 minutes of speaking to him! Legacy over all needs to do better on hiring professionals when it comes to insurance and total loss claim agents because the communication just isn’t there unless you’re constantly harassing them for information and updates. Horrible experience with my total loss agent not getting anything done until emails were sent to her and they changed my agent without even informing me of who I was working with. Thankfully it’s over and I now have a new car and Steve made adding it on a breeze so atleast someone is good at their job at legacy :) thanks Steve!
