I recently had the pleasure of working with Mr. Sean Goral from ERIE-Legacy Insurance Group to reassess my insurance needs. To say that my experience was exceptional would be an understatement. Great experience with Kathryn and the team at Legacy. Professional, fast responses and incredibly competitive pricing on similar/better policies than other major insurance companies we’ve worked with. We requested quotes on a new home policy with Legacy and ended up switch all our insurance policies as every quote was more competitive and had better coverage. Although we’ve not had to make a claim yet and go through the full insurance process that entails, we’re incredibly happy with Legacy’s brokerage services and would highly recommend to others! I’d been a long term customer of a major agency. I never had an issue until I had an issue and was treated so poorly. Changing agencies wasn’t something I’d planned to do but so glad that we did. If customer service is important to you, you can’t go wrong with Legacy Insurance.
