I’ve had a fantastic experience with Legacy Insurance Group! My agent Sean and sales support specialist Christine are both amazing. They always respond incredibly quickly and make everything so easy. For example, I emailed Sean about changing the payment method on my policy to a new credit card, and he replied immediately. Christine even called me to help before I received the physical card, and then followed up with an email to Sean and me detailing exactly which accounts she updated. Their professionalism, efficiency, and friendly service give me complete peace of mind. Highly recommend Legacy Insurance Group to anyone looking for reliable insurance support!
