Even though Micheal did not give me the total price or cost for my insurance because he said it was not visible to him and that I will get it within 24 hrs, he went above and beyond to help me add a new insurer to my policy. He was patient, knowledgeable, and answered every question I had to my complete satisfaction. I did not feel rushed at all; the process was smooth and stress-free. Steve is good at customer service

I’m a recent customer (since June 2026) and Dan was incredibly helpful while shopping rates for me. After my policies began, I noticed that they weren’t showing up on the Glovebox account, so I reached out to Legacy’s support email. Even though it was late in the evening on the last day before the 4th of July long weekend, Steve still responded quickly and promptly fixed the issue on Glovebox, allowing me to view my documents and ID cards for my policies. Great experience with Legacy so far.

Sean is someone we truly trust. Happy to work with him again. Michael was great in his check in after everything was said and done. Recommend them to anyone looking for insurance.
