We are currently seeking to fulfill a full-time position. Our virtual assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our current clients and new prospects, processing policy 3rd party requests, performing administrative work with in-depth product knowledge, providing value and solving problems!

- Answer incoming customer inquiries
- Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies

- Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company’s virtual assistant policies
- Other duties as requested
