Insurance Brokerage looking for OUTSIDE SALES PRODUCER

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Increase sales by developing and maintaining high quality referral partnerships
  • Participate in outside networking events and local community functions to market our agency and generate referral sources
  • Employ Business-to-business prospecting, cold-calling, door knocking and other lead generation strategies to create a pipeline of qualified prospects
  • Identify prospective customers, follow up on potential sales leads & maintain relationships with customers and referral sources
  • Consistently work lead lists and make outbound calls to convert prospects into customers
  • Tailor the product to the customer with selling techniques & product knowledge
  • Overcome objections & solve prospect or policyholder issues
  • Create quotes & submit applications based on acquired risk information & customer requirements
  • Generate referral opportunities & Generate interest in additional products such as Life Insurance
  • Meet/Exceed sales goals for Auto, Home, Business & Life Insurance production

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must have Property & Casualty and Life Licenses
  • Minimum 2 years Sales/Service experience
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Ability to build rapport, negotiate & persuade
  • Organizational skills & effective time management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $36,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
